• Capture photos and supporting materials
• Organize meaningful life events
• Understand recurring patterns
• Generate AI-assisted reflections
• Build your MyArc life story
• Preserve memories for future generations
• Share selected experiences with trusted people
• Build a lasting personal legacy

Arclly exists to help you understand your life—not define it.

Arclly is not:

• a therapist
• a psychologist
• a psychiatrist
• a healthcare provider
• a medical device
• a diagnostic tool
• a legal advisor
• a financial advisor
• a crisis intervention service
• an emergency response service

AI-generated content is intended solely to support thoughtful self-reflection.

It should never be relied upon as medical, legal, financial or professional advice.

You must meet the minimum legal age required to use digital services within your jurisdiction.

Where permitted by law:

• Users under the applicable age must participate through an approved Parent or Guardian Account.
• Parents remain responsible for child accounts.
• Additional privacy protections apply to child accounts.

Arclly reserves the right to suspend accounts that fail eligibility requirements.

You are responsible for:

• maintaining accurate account information
• safeguarding your credentials
• protecting devices used to access Arclly
• activities performed using your account
• promptly notifying Arclly of unauthorized access

You may not transfer or sell your account.

Everything you create inside Arclly remains yours.

This includes:

• journal entries
• reflections
• uploaded documents
• photographs
• voice recordings
• goals
• AI-assisted summaries
• MyArc content
• narrative chapters
• legacy preferences

Arclly never claims ownership of your memories.

To operate the Service, you grant Arclly a limited, revocable, non-exclusive license to:

• store your content
• process your content
• organize your content
• generate requested AI experiences
• produce MyArc experiences
• synchronize your information across devices
• improve platform functionality

This license exists solely for operating the Service.

Arclly does not sell your personal memories.

Artificial Intelligence is central to Arclly.

AI may assist with:

• summaries
• emotional understanding
• themes
• insights
• pattern detection
• evidence retrieval
• timelines
• narrative generation
• MyArc creation

AI outputs are interpretations—not facts.

AI can misunderstand context.

AI can make mistakes.

Users remain the final authority regarding their own experiences.

Some users record deeply personal experiences.

These may include:

• grief
• trauma
• anxiety
• depression
• relationship challenges
• family conflict
• identity questions
• major life transitions

Arclly is designed to respond with empathy and respect.

Arclly does not continuously monitor every journal entry.

AI processing occurs only when users choose features requiring AI analysis.

Where AI identifies language suggesting possible self-harm or suicide, Arclly may:

• acknowledge the user's feelings
• encourage reaching out to trusted people
• recommend contacting emergency services or appropriate crisis resources where appropriate
• provide publicly available support resources

Arclly does not:

• diagnose mental illness
• provide therapy
• guarantee human review
• guarantee intervention
• notify emergency responders
• notify family members
• guarantee detection of every concerning statement

Arclly should never be relied upon as an emergency response service.

Certain capabilities require explicit consent.

These include:

• Voice Recording
• Voice Continuity
• AI Narration
• Family Collaboration
• MyArc Publishing
• Legacy Transfer
• Child Accounts
• Future wearable integrations

Consent may be withdrawn where technically feasible.

Withdrawal affects future processing only.

Consent management is further described in the Arclly Consent & Sensitive Data Policy.

Arclly allows users to establish personal goals and monitor progress.

AI-generated insights are informational.

Arclly does not guarantee:

• goal achievement
• personal improvement
• emotional outcomes
• behavioral change

Users control:

• who may collaborate
• what information is shared
• when collaboration occurs
• which memories remain private

Participation in Family features never automatically grants access to private reflections.

Every participant controls their own contributions.

MyArc allows users to preserve their personal story and designate how it may be shared in the future.

Users may designate:

• Legacy Trustees
• Legacy Recipients
• Gift Recipients
• Legacy delivery instructions

These designations express user intent but do not create immediate legal rights.

Before releasing legacy materials, Arclly may require reasonable verification including:

• identity verification
• proof of authority
• supporting documentation
• additional fraud prevention measures

Arclly may refuse or delay release where:

• fraud is suspected
• ownership cannot reasonably be verified
• conflicting claims exist
• local law prohibits release

Legacy transfers are governed by the Arclly Legacy Continuity Policy.

Users retain ownership of all voice recordings.

Separate consent is required before enabling:

• Voice Continuity
• Narrated MyArc
• Future voice experiences

Users may revoke participation where technically feasible.

Arclly will never intentionally recreate another person's voice without appropriate authorization.

Privacy is fundamental to Arclly.

Our commitments include:

• Private by default
• User-controlled sharing
• No sale of personal memories
• Transparent AI
• Encryption where appropriate
• Strong security practices

Our Privacy Policy forms part of these Terms.

Arclly owns all rights relating to:

• software
• source code
• AI systems
• prompts
• workflows
• user interface
• product design
• trademarks
• logos
• documentation
• analytics systems

Users retain ownership of their own content.

You agree not to:

• violate applicable law
• upload illegal content
• impersonate another person
• abuse AI features
• interfere with platform security
• reverse engineer the Service
• introduce malware
• misuse family features
• infringe intellectual property
• use Arclly to harm others

Violations may result in suspension or termination.

Certain capabilities may be designated:

• Beta
• Preview
• Experimental

Such features may:

• change
• contain defects
• be removed without notice

Paid features may include:

• Arclly Premium
• Arclly Complete
• Family Plans
• MyArc
• Printed Books
• AI Credits
• Future premium services

Subscriptions may renew automatically where permitted by law. If you purchase an auto-renewable subscription through the Apple App Store or Google Play:

• Payment will be charged to your Apple ID or Google Play account at confirmation of purchase
• Your subscription automatically renews unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period
• Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period at the then-current price
• You can manage or cancel subscriptions in your device account settings (Apple: Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions; Google Play: Subscriptions)
• Any unused portion of a free trial period, if offered, is forfeited when you purchase a subscription where applicable

Payments may also be processed through:

• Apple
• Google
• Stripe
• other authorized payment providers

Refunds are governed by applicable law and the rules of the platform through which you purchased.

Arclly may suspend or terminate accounts that:

• violate these Terms
• threaten security
• abuse users
• commit fraud
• misuse AI

Where appropriate, users may be given an opportunity to remedy violations.

Users may:

• export available content
• delete entries
• remove MyArc content
• request account deletion

Certain information may remain in secure backups for legal, regulatory, fraud prevention or disaster recovery purposes.

Arclly continually evolves.

Features may:

• improve
• change
• expand
• be retired

Temporary interruptions may occur.

We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability.

Arclly integrates with third-party providers including authentication, cloud infrastructure, payment processors, AI providers, analytics platforms, and communication services.

Their services are governed by their respective terms.

Arclly is not responsible for outages or failures caused by third-party providers.

The Service is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE."

Arclly makes no guarantees regarding:

• AI accuracy
• emotional outcomes
• publishing success
• life decisions
• legacy outcomes
• uninterrupted availability

Users remain responsible for decisions made using information generated by Arclly.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Arclly shall not be liable for:

• indirect damages
• consequential damages
• emotional interpretations of AI
• family disputes
• publishing outcomes
• legacy disputes
• actions of recipients
• third-party failures
• data loss beyond legally required protections

Where permitted by law, Arclly's total liability shall not exceed the total amount paid by the user during the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of North Carolina, United States, unless mandatory local consumer protection laws require otherwise.

Users outside the United States retain any mandatory rights granted under applicable law.

Arclly may update these Terms to:

• improve clarity
• comply with legal requirements
• introduce new features
• improve user protections

Material changes will be communicated through appropriate channels before becoming effective.

Continued use of the Service constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
